The muzzle brake is made of titanium alloy VT-6 with sandblasted finish. It fits all AK variants with an M24x1.5mm thread, including those models where there is an additional extension behind the barrel (e.g., Saiga MK 03 223RE). It consists of two parts: an outer cylinder and a front cone, which are connected by a threaded joint. These parts are welded together for added strength.
It redirects sound waves away from the shooter, allowing them to fire without using hearing protection. It completely eliminates flash, even during automatic firing. Also, it has excellent corrosion resistance because titanium alloys generally offer the best weight-to-corrosion resistance ratio among metals. Therefore, any aggressive cleaning agents, alkaline or acidic, can be used.
Important: For proper operation and complete elimination of flash, the device requires approximately 1000 to 1500 rounds of use ("burn-in").
