VR-SVD adapter for SVD/Tiger M24x1.5, steel
Suppressor adapter required for installing DTK VR-05S on the Dragunov rifle and the Tiger carbine, based on it. Comes in a kit with pins (2 pcs) and a counter nut.

Installation:
Remove the original pins on the original muzzle brake. Clean the mounting surface of the adapter if necessary. Before final installation, check how the installation fits according to the installation instructions. The fitting should be as tight as when the original muzzle brake was removed. If necessary, the mounting diameter of the adapter must be ground with sandpaper and heated over a gas torch until the beginning of discoloration. Before installation, if the fitting is without heating, then it is necessary to lubricate the mounting diameter of the barrel with oil, then visually align the holes in the adapter and the barrel, and tap into place with a hammer. After this, the holes in the adapter must be calibrated with a drill using a drill with a diameter of 3mm, and then try to tap the pins. IMPORTANT
IF THE PINS DO NOT GO WITH LIGHT TAPPING, IT IS NECESSARY TO FURTHER DRILL THE HOLES. AND ONLY AFTER THAT CONTINUE TAPPING THE PINS. The pins are made of softer steel specifically, so if the size of the hole does not match the fitting, they will bend, which is unacceptable. After tapping, the pins must be riveted on both sides and painted or welded, after which the counter nut must be screwed on and any suppressor with M24x1.5mm thread.
