Remove standard pins from the original muzzle brake. Clean fitting seat if needed. Before final mounting, check how tight the fit is according to Installation Instructions. Fit should be with the same force like removing the original muzzle brake. If needed, the fitting diameter must be pre-fitted with sandpaper, and heated over a gas torch till the beginning of discoloration. If fit without heating, it is necessary to lubricate with oil the barrel threading, then visually align pin holes on the adapter and barrel, and hammer together until pin holes match perfectly. Then, the adapter holes must be drilled with a drill of 3mm diameter, and try to hammer in pins. IMPORTANT
IF THE PINS DO NOT ENTER EASILY, IT IS NECESSARY to further drill the holes. And only after that continue hammering. Pins are made of softer steel, so if hole size doesn't match fitting, they will bend which is not allowed. After hammering, rivet both sides, and paint or forge. Then screw on a counter-nut and a muzzle device with M24 x 1.5mm thread.
